Maintaining current ownership and contact information allows the Association to provide important notices, community updates, meeting information, emergency communications, and other official HOA correspondence. Accurate information helps us serve our homeowners more effectively and ensures you stay informed about matters affecting your home and our community.

Respect for Neighbors

Ownership within Summerfield includes automatic membership in the HOA. Homeowners are responsible for understanding and following the governing documents.

HOA Membership


Ownership of property within the Summerfield Subdivision automatically confers membership in the Summerfield Homeowners Association, Inc. Pursuant to the Association’s governing documents, homeowners listed on the deed to a property are members of the Association and are subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), By-Laws, Rules, and Regulations of the Association.


To fulfill its obligations under the governing documents, including the administration of assessments, voting rights, required notices, compliance matters, maintenance coordination, emergency communications, and other official Association business, the Association maintains current ownership and contact information for all properties within the community.


Homeowner information is collected and maintained solely for legitimate Association purposes and will be used exclusively for official HOA business. The Association does not sell or distribute homeowner information except as required by law or as necessary to carry out its responsibilities under the governing documents.


Article V, Section 5.1 states:

“Every person or entity who is an owner of a fee interest in any Unit, shall by reason of ownership, automatically be a Member of the Summerfield Homeowners Association, Inc…”
